We had such a great time! The breakfast spread was impressive, and my kids loved the clean, spacious family suite with a fridge. The cozy sofas were perfect for relaxing together.

The location was perfect for the event next door, and the rooms were cozy and clean. Unfortunately, some noise issues disrupted sleep a bit, and breakfast was in another building which was slightly inconvenient. it felt like decent value for the cost.

the room was clean and had good storage for my stuff, also the shower had lots of hot water which was nice. breakfast was yummy at the caledonian next door, loads of options and very filling. i liked that it was only a short walk to dumfries which made it easy to explore. the bed was comfy enough to get some good sleep after long days. the staff were friendly n helpfull, definitely welcoming.

Just a nice choice for a weekend in Dumfries with very good value for money. The breakfast was to die for! Be mindful of local licensing laws for kids’ dining hours.
